Defiant Lives | Ed Roberts Day Celebration!

We will be celebrating Ed Roberts Day with the showing of Defiant
Lives. Defiant Lives traces the origins of the world-wide disability rights
movement. This film tells the stories of the individuals who bravely put
their lives on the line to create a better world where everyone is valued
and can participate in society. Join us for the celebration!

Far from the Tree examines the experiences of families in which parents
and children are profoundly different from one another in a variety of ways. (This film contains adult themes.)

The Peanut Butter Falcon

The Peanut Butter Falcon is the story of a man who has Down syndrome
and who, after running away from a residential nursing home to pursue his dream of becoming a pro wrestler, befriends an outlaw who becomes his coach and ally.
