Our main office is in Kalamazoo, located at 517 E. Crosstown Parkway, Kalamazoo, MI 49001. We can be reached at (269) 345-1516 voice/relay or (877) 674-5209 toll free during normal business hours.

We have an office that serves Berrien & Cass Counties located inside the Area Agency on Aging building at 2900 Lakeview Avenue, St. Joseph, MI  49085.

Our main office is located at the corner of E. Crosstown Parkway & Vine Streets in downtown Kalamazoo, one block east of Bronson Methodist Hospital’s Garden Entrance. There is free parking in the lot behind our building. An alternative entrance to the parking lot is off Dutton Street.
