Disability Network Southwest Michigan welcomes Mary Willard to the Nursing Facility Transition (NFT) team as our newest NFT Outreach Specialist.
Mary will be providing NFT Outreach services in Berrien, Cass and Van Buren Counties. Mary is a Licensed Practical Nurse and brings valuable knowledge to our NFT team from her medical background. Mary worked at HCR Manorcare in Kalamazoo for many years. For two years she was a Nurse Discharge Planner. She has specialized knowledge about Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
