DESCRIPTION:This one-hour introductory presentation provides a basic understanding of disability and the Disability Community. Participants will learn what a disability is\, explore common language and terminology\, and gain a better understanding of how to interact respectfully with disabled people. This presentation is a starting point for anyone who wants to learn the basics of disability and build a stronger foundation for understanding the experiences of people with disabilities. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis online event is scheduled for the following time: \n\n\n\n\nTuesday\, November 24\, 2026\, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM — Register for this event\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nParticipation in this event is available through an internet connection.
