This presentation highlights key aspects of the ADA and employment. We will cover the steps involved in the process of identifying appropriate reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. Information addressed includes the role of medical documentation and the interactive dialogue process to finding reasonable accommodations. Learn more about how job descriptions, employment policies, and clear written and verbal communication help to determine reasonable accommodations and support inclusivity. Select other employment laws to consider also will be discussed.
