Disability Network Southwest Michigan is a great place to work or volunteer. With offices in Kalamazoo and St. Joseph, we cover an eight-county area in Southwestern Michigan. We are one of 14 Centers for Independent Living in Michigan; while we are part of a bigger network, we operate independently.

At least 51% of our Board of Directors and staff members identify as having a disability. Our philosophy is that people with a disability are experts on disability issues and that services we provide should be created with the direct input of those they will impact.
