Options Counseling is a free service Disability Network provides to assist people with disabilities in remaining as independent as possible. When someone is wondering if they need to make a change in their living situation due to their health or if there are services available to help them with their home-care needs, Options Counseling can help.

Options Counseling provides comprehensive counseling regarding long term community supports tailored to the individual’s personal needs and their financial situation. Our counselor can assist people in identifying and connecting to services that will allow them to live independently.

We can provide Options Counseling to any adult in our 8 county service area or their family members, friends, or representatives, regardless of insurance or income. The service can be provided over the phone, through online video conferencing, by email, or in person. This can be a one-time connection or a series of meetings depending on the person’s desires.

For more information or to make an appointment for Options Counseling, contact Lisa Brink at (269) 345-1516 x111 or toll free at (877) 674-5209.
