What is MI Health Link?
MI Health Link is a new health care option for Michigan adults in Southwest Michigan, ages 21 or over, who are enrolled in both Medicare and full Medicaid. The goal of MI Health Link is to provide seamless access to high quality care that reduces costs for those who are eligible. MI Health Link offers a broad range of medical and behavioral health services, pharmacy, home and community-based services and nursing facility care, all in a single program.
Medicaid Medicare Assistance Program (MMAP)
A MMAP counselor can help you understand your Medicare and Medicaid benefits and provide information about MI Health Link. This will assist you in determining whether or not you desire a MI Health Link plan, and what plan will best meet your health care needs. You can learn more on their website.

Michigan ENROLLS
Michigan ENROLLS does all enrollments, disenrollments for MI Health Link. All communication with Michigan ENROLLS needs to be done via phone.

Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS)
