Q:  What disability rights advocate coined the phrase “Inspiration Porn”?

A:  Stella Young

In her TED Talk titled “I’m not your inspiration, thank you very much,” comedian and disability rights advocate Stella Young explains why “inspiration porn” is such a downer.

Stella was born in Stawell, Australia in 1982 and was active in the disability community in a variety of roles most of her life. She was a writer, comedian and advocate.
