This feature documentary is a portrait of Sam Sullivan, a quadriplegic city councilor running for mayor of Vancouver. The film blends the rough and tumble experiences of the campaign with intimate moments from Sullivan’s daily life, It is an unflinching portrait of a one-of-a-kind politician.
