Lisa Fuller recently joined Disability Network Southwest Michigan as an Information & Referral Specialist. Lisa has worked at Senior Services Southwest Michigan for the past 19 years with extensive experience as a Regional Coordinator of the Medicare Medicaid Assistance Program, a free unbiased service that helps Medicare beneficiaries make informed healthcare decisions. She is a Certified Information and Referral Specialist for Aging and Disabled through the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). Lisa also has several years of experience in customer service, volunteer management and caregiver education.
Lisa is an avid fan of both the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions. She enjoys game nights with her family, working in the yard, reading, and creating stained glass artwork.
Lisa, who will be working with the I&R team in our Kalamazoo office said, “I’m excited to work with another outstanding non-profit agency in the Kalamazoo area and I’m looking forward to continuing to serve people in our community.” Lisa’s experience and enthusiasm will be a great asset to our I&R Team.
