Join us for Spirit Club! This is a virtual exercise program that is specifically designed to present a range of options to suit everyone. Lisa Brink, from our Kalamazoo office leads a free 1 hour exercise program.
We have contracted with SPIRIT Club to offer this exercise program. SPIRIT Club exercise classes provide alternative ways to do each exercise to ensure that everyone can participate. Some of the SPIRIT Club staff identify as having a disability and are skilled at adapting exercises for everyone. Their trainers all have an active fitness certification and have been trained and certified from the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Agency (DDA).
Registration is required for this program and we require a signed release of liability prior to you starting the program.

Exercise classes will be held once a week. Attend as many or as few sessions as you like.
